What happens after iDragstor registers my new domain?
iDragstor is a registered reseller of domains and the transaction takes only few seconds. After your new domain is registered you will recieve a notification email (confirmation) with all the information about the registration such as administrator, technical contact and billing information.
What is the domain administrator?
The administrator is the person that has the ability to change :
Name, Address, Email and DNS names and IP addresses of the servers where you want to host your web site. You will decide who the administrator is prior to the registration. The administrator could be yourself, iDragstor or any third party you choose.
Is there any additional, extra or hidden charge?
Absolutely not! Once your domain is registered you can keep it on our servers without any additional cost as long as you want. Some companies will charge you for the "parking", if you'd like to keep the domain on their servers without hosting it. That is not the case with iDragstor. When you are ready to move the domain to the hosting company, all you have to do is fill out our management form and you'l be on your way to your new server.
How do I move my domain from iDragstor to my hosting company?
Once you determine where you want to host your web site, all you have to do is change the DNS name and IP address from iDragstor to your new hosting company. You or your administrator may choose to do it on our domain management pages , or we may do it for you. Please allow 1-2 days for the transfer of the domain.
