Administrator is the one that has the ability to change:
address, phone, email, etc. Furthermore, the administrator gets the notifications about expiration dates or any other relevant news, and is considered to have a legal jurisdiction over the domain name.
Technical Contact is who will be contacted if the administrator is not available.
DNS Names and IP Addresses. This is something you are going to change when you decide where to host your web site. To transfer the domain from us to your hosting company you will need DNS names and IP addresses of your hosting servers.
