Don't exegerate with graphics Sometimes programmers want to put all their graphics and tricks on one place. That could produce the opposite effect. If you have ever been to a basketball game you probably noticed that when there is a free throw the fans start yelling, screming and waiving boards in the air hoping to disturb the player and divert his attention so that he misses the shot. Programmers sometimes do the same thing, by puting all the graphics and effects on the same pages. This drives visitors away from the goal and they miss the shot too.
